We have been to the zoo twice this week!! (And are going back on Tuesday:) We really do love going and we try to split it up each time we go. Monday I took the kids with Maddie's Preschool. That morning just Maddie, Turner, and I walked around. We then met up with several friends at the Sea Lion show (Turner's absolute favorite part!!) and headed to eat lunch at a pavilion with the whole class. It was a great day and I am so glad Turner joined us for the fun. Last year Daddy and Maddie had a daddy/daughter day.
Today we went back to celebrate Bailey's 5th Birthday!! It was our first zoo party and Ashley did a great job. The kids went on a scavenger hunt, watched the sea lion show, and had a cookie cake for dessert. It was a fun, HOT afternoon. So hot that we let the kids go swimming once we got home!!!
