Sick and Snow!

We aren't sick of snow, we have been battling the stomach virus for the past week.  Harper began it last Friday and Kev took off work.  She was never fussy, but threw up several times.  The first time was in the car line with me waiting to get M and T.  It was a doozie!
Fast forward to Monday night.  Maddie came running in our room at midnight saying she had gotten sick.  We spent the next 8 hours on the couch as she continued to do so.  I stayed with her on Tuesday and Kev stayed on Wednesday just to be sure she was fine.
Well....Wednesday night around 6, Turner joined the crew and was pitiful.  We had a winter storm warning and I rushed to the store to load up on Lysol, laundry detergent, and carpet cleaner.  I hung out with him until about 2 in the morning when things finally calmed down.  I listened to the sleet all night and kept waiting for the snow.  Luckily, school was cancelled for today and I didn't have to stress about anyone missing school/work again.
T opened his eyes about 6:30 and wanted to run to the window.  We have almost 5 inches of snow on the ground!  It must have fallen quickly and hard once it started.  Turner felt great this morning and we bundled everyone up to play outside.  I made some snow cream first thing, but I don't think the kiddos tummies are back to normal yet.  They ate a little but of it, but weren't overly impressed.  Maddie stayed outside for 10 minutes and the other 2 weren't far behind her.
We wanted to give them the opportunity to play, but it just wasn't their day.  T has gotten sick again since and M has complained more of a belly ache.  Harper has been fine, so hopefully by tomorrow we will all be back to normal.  We are heading to Nashville Saturday for another competition.  We had planned on going tomorrow, but between the weather and stomach bug, we decided to hold off another day.
