Monday we had Trey and Garner over for our annual decorating night. This year the kids made a gingerbread village, sugar cookies, and ornaments. It was the first year Garner and Harper really participated and they enjoyed it as well. Harper enjoyed it so much not a single piece of candy landed on her house:)
The kids used Christmas cookie cutter for the cookies and somehow they turned out in one huge blob...not sure what happened there. But they were still able to put sprinkles on them and eat some so all was well. The kids love being with each other and it was a fun night. I always love catching with Mary as well!!
Friday night Turner and Harper went with my parents to the fire men's dinner while Mo was at gymnastics. They saw Santa Claus and Turner was thrilled. I think Harper was close to crying but held it together since Boo Boo was holding her:) Not sure how the Santa pic will turn out this year!
Bubblegum returned this week and have the kids jumping out of bed in the mornings to find him. He is a silly elf!
Tonight Maddie had a dress rehearsal for her choir program at church tomorrow night. She was supposed to be dressed in her Christmas clothes...I definitely missed that memo! But looking forward to kiddos telling the "Great Big Story" tomorrow night. Turner has his program tomorrow as well....along with a solo!!
Kevin and I met in 1998 at UTM and married in June of 2004. We have three children, Maddie-6, and Turner-4, and baby Harper. Kevin is a teacher and football coach at Bolton High School. I have been able to stay at home with the kiddos for almost two years now and love every minute of it. !!! We attend Ellendale Baptist Church and am so thankful to all of our wonderful family and friends. This is my fourth year to blog and I love recording all our memories!!
